OpenAthens is a single password system for NHS England which gives you access to the online resources we subscribe to, including NICE healthcare databases, full-text electronic journals and ebooks.
can I register for a password?
You will usually be eligible for an OpenAthens account if you work for an NHS Trust organisation in England, or you are a student on placement with the NHS. If you are unsure or work for another organisation that deals with NHS patients, you can check this list of eligibility criteria.
